Gas and Electric Sales Agents

About the Role

Digify CX is looking for experienced Gas & Electric Sales Agents to join our growing team.

We are seeking confident, motivated individuals with previous UK Energy sales experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven BPO environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their energy needs, handling objections effectively, and converting opportunities into successful sales.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 6 months of UK Energy experience, preferably with end-to-end sales experience.
• Previous experience in Gas & Electric / UK Energy sales is essential.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
• A confident and persuasive telephone manner.
• Ability to work towards targets and KPIs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Previous experience using CRM systems.
• A positive, motivated and results-driven attitude.
